Swimmers please remember to be ready at least 5 minutes before practice starts (caps on, goggles out, and swim suits on). Parents, please equip your swimmer for each practice with the daily swim gear needed (see below).

Daily Swim Gear:

• Pull Buoy
  
• Goggles (2 pairs)
  
• Caps (2)
  
• Fins
  (senior and age group)
  
• Hand Paddles (for seniors)
  
• Water Bottle
  (with enough water for their workout)
  
• Towel
  
• Warm Clothes & Swim Parka
  (for after practice)​
